- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dears Ms. Shilati and Mr. Stahlhuth, I am writing to you to report the most horrible experience I had with the admission personel at your facility. The Director of Admissions, Marit Lee, is a very rude person who went into an anger mood and declined to check my insurance benefits a second time when I told her my daughter’s primary insurace, Anthem Blue Cross, is the only insurance policy she has. Ms. Lee cut me off and dediced on the spot that your program would not be a good fit for my daughter. On my call back John Lloyd got her back and both decided that this would not be the right place for my daughter to receive treatment. Your facility is supposed to help people, not turning them away. As the COO and the clinical director, I thought you should both know that the employees who are answering the phone for admissions are not professional, not compassionate, and unfit people for the admissions' position. I know you will be disheartened to hear that your employees, Ms Lee and Mr. Lloyd are turning people away, even people with good insurance who need your help and expertise.
